When things are difficult, like they are now, how do we continue to trust that what is happening, is happening FOR us. When we do trust and lean in, we are empowered, we get to choose what to do with what we are given. We may not like what’s there and it may feel like we have no control at times but when we lean in instead of shying away that’s when change happens. And when we share those experiences with others, we commit to life and therefore can live it more fully and passionately. Not apathy or ignorance, not giving up but clearly seeing what is and embracing our power of choice to take action and speak from a place of love for ourselves and our fellow human.
